Charging Your Battery Through Your Computer Can Hurt Your iPod?

Yes, it will. By charging your ipod through your computer can deplete battery life. Your computer doesn't know when to stop flowing energy through the battery causing it to lose its maximum potential. And once your battery is shot you have to either try and replace your battery and risk breaking your ipod or you have to just get a new ipod. I recommend that you purchase a USB wall charger converter. This wall charger plugs into your wall socket. It converts the energy to travel through a USB wire so it can charge your ipod. This product does know to stop when it's done charging so it will stop the flow of energy saving your battery. I also recommend buying Apple. 5 Very Useful (And Free) Apps

Over my experience with my iPod touch I have found 10 very useful apps. These apps are free in iTunes. I will provide basic information about the app too. They are as follows:

Facebook - Free - This app was made by Facebook.com. It allows you check messages, update your status, chat with your friends, and much more.

Flashlight - Free - This app is a very useful app. When the power goes out and you don't have a flashlight what do you do? You get out your iTouch and open this app. It is just a blank super bright screen that lets off a bunch of light.

Public Radio - Free - this app is like Pandora, but it's better. It loads fast and has a whole slew of stations. They are all FM and high quality. It has all of the MAJOR stations.

TextPLUS - Free - This app is like Text Free, but this lets you send unlimited texts for free. It has some bugs, but it is still good. I'd definitely recommend this app to you.

Bargain Bin - Free - This app is a great money saver. It keeps track of apps that go on sale. It has 2 categories: Bargain and Free. I've actually saved about 10 dollars using this app. Go and get it!!!
